Jobos Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve
JOBANERR is the Jobos Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve administered jointly by NOAA and the PR DNRE. JOBANERR operates a number of instrumented platforms throughout the Bay. The data here presented are from station 20 located at 17° 55' 49.14 N, 66° 12' 41.30 W . Color coding refers to average percentiles for the data observed within the reference year period providing multi-year climatologies for the variables of interest. The current values for the parameters are represented in black. These climatologies allow assessment of the deviations from expected values and can serve as warnings for anomalous events affecting water quality. Data from the reporting stations can be viewed directly at Jobos Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. Computer code for climatology development was kindly provided by Ru Morrison of U. of New Hampshire and NERACOOS.
