CarICOOS “WindStreams” is a specialized product that allows evaluation of model forecast skill for any user-selected time period. Upon selecting a station and hitting the “Open Station” button, a time series graph appears depicting both real observations and the corresponding NWS forecasts. The small graph below the main graph provides a slider tool to select any specific time period.
