NOAA charts, printable on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper are now being made available by NOAA for free. Regional charts for PR and the USVI can be downloaded and printed using the Adobe .pdf utility from http://ocsdata.ncd.noaa.gov/BookletChart/AtlanticCoastBookletCharts.htm.
